Compassionate Mental Health Professionals Wanted
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Sunshine. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients experiencing psychiatric conditions, providing evidence-based care and interventions.
">- This full-time position is open to registered psychiatric nurses with a minimum of two years' experience in a mental health setting.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in mental state and risk assessments, as well as knowledge of evidence-based mental health care and therapeutic practices.
- Effective communication and empathy are essential for success in this role, as you will be working closely with clients, carers, and team members.
- Developing and maintaining client-centred care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers.
- Coordinating the medical, psychosocial, and legal aspects of care to support recovery.
- Providing timely and responsive care through the Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS).
