Flexible work arrangements - Part-time or job-sharing options available We are seeking experienced Clinicians / Mental Health Practitioners to provide high quality clinical services in a dynamic national contact centre environment.
As part of a dedicated team, you will provide individual, couples, and family counselling to help improve resilience as well as enhance mental health wellbeing.
This is a 12 month contract based in Melbourne, VIC, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.
Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available, with a 24/7 rotating roster.
The successful Clinicians / Mental Health Practitioners will be responsible for, but not limited to: Delivering intake, triage, risk assessment, and brief evidence-based counselling interventions via a national telephone service.
Providing referrals to regional offices, community providers, and specialist services to ensure holistic client support.
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, care plans, and risk assessments using the Client Management System.
Participating in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), clinical supervision, and regular team case reviews to ensure best-practice care.
The successful Clinicians / Mental Health Practitioners must have: A current Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check or the ability to obtain One of the following: Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse (AHPRA), Social Worker (AASW), or Masters-level counselling qualification (PACFA or ACA registration).
Demonstrated experience providing mental health intake, assessment, and brief intervention in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage critical incidents calmly and effectively.
Strong IT proficiency and ability to work in a call centre environment.
