Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Therapists who share our commitment to providing high-quality mental health services. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals, couples, and families to overcome a range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other approaches as needed
  • Work closely with clients to establish goals and objectives, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive support
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in psychology, counseling, or a related field
  • Postgraduate experience in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on trauma, anxiety, or depression
  • Proven expertise in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, or family therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
