Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to provide person-centred care in various settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering recovery-focused mental health services.

About the Role:

This position involves working with patients who have complex and enduring mental illness, requiring a high level of empathy and understanding. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
    • Engage in rewarding work across a range of community mental health settings.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse.
  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with AHPRA.
  • A strong passion for recovery-oriented, person-centred mental health care.
