Client Service Manager, Investment Operations Specialist

Job SummaryThe Client Service Manager (CSM) is a critical role within our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. This position requires a high level of expertise, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to navigate complex financial systems.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide exceptional client service and support.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in business and technology enhancement initiatives to drive process improvements.
- Technical Expertise
- Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of financial systems and applications.
- Assist in the resolution of complex client inquiries and issues.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Effective communication with clients, internal partners, and senior leaders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers, Shared Service Managers, and NT support groups.
- Core Competencies
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate with independence and initiative.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial systems and applications.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Core Asset Management/Custody knowledge with experience in Investment Operations Outsourcing.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, or other similar systems.
