
Mortgage Sales Professional

Talent acquisition in the mortgage industry requires a unique blend of skills and qualifications. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for building rapport and leveraging customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment. A strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer is essential.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans.
- Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
- Current NMLS license.
