Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive level VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, and Sales sources to recruit top producing Loan Officers and Mortgage Bankers candidates.
  • Develop action plans for growth in target markets, including metrics from first contact to successful hire; target companies by leveraging resources.
  • Direct passive searches utilizing Boolean searches, cold calls, and networking techniques.
  • Meet hiring goals as determined by leadership.
  • Source passive candidates through networking using existing databases and internet research techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 3-5 years' experience as a mortgage sales recruiter.
  • Previous experience in a loan originator or branch environment preferred.
  • Experience in supporting recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators.
  • Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking systems or CRM to ensure all efforts are consistently up to date for accurate and timely reporting.
