Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Key Performance Driver.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and be able to think strategically, tackling open-ended problems with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven recommendations at scale, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Monitor key user operational metrics focused on retention, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.
  • Innovate processes and systems to drive improvements in billing support offerings.
  • Manage technical issues by investigating and troubleshooting problems, providing timely solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing or technical role.
  • Able to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player.
  • A strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathy and a passion for problem-solving.
