The role of National Account Manager plays a pivotal part in driving growth and executing strategic plans across major accounts. Reporting to the Pet Specialty Retail Director, you will be responsible for managing key relationships across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail to strengthen Royal Canin's market presence and performance.

  • Drive sales growth and achieve budgeted targets for the retail portfolio by leveraging category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning with corporate partners.
  • Presentation of new product developments (NPD) and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.
  • Conduct performance reviews with key accounts, analyse trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
About This Role
  • You must have proven sales expertise with a strong track record in selling, negotiating, and using data-driven insights to develop tailored customer plans that deliver mutual growth and meet both company and customer objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management across both offline and online specialist retail channels.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like Power BI.
