Job Title: Key Performance Influencer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR specialist to support and guide our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment legislation and internal policies to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the business.

  • Provide strategic guidance on HR policy and procedures, interpreting legislation and internal policies to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Analyse workforce needs and staffing levels, support job design and advise on remuneration strategies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, interviewing, background checks and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Support training and professional development, identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning initiatives in line with team objectives.
  • Assist with performance management systems, supporting managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Resolve employee relations matters, providing confidential advice and supporting grievance resolution.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource or related field.
  • One year of Australian experience as an HR Adviser.
  • HR experience in a tech or software company (preferred).

Key Skills Needed:

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and WHS obligations.
  • Proven experience advising management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
