Seeking a dynamic and results-driven finance professional to lead our financial operations. This key role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial integrity, overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.

About the Opportunity

Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. Prepare comprehensive financial reports, Business Activity Statements (BAS), and Goods and Services Tax (GST) lodgements. Process payroll and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tax queries, insurance renewals, and claims.
  • Support strategic financial planning and budgeting in a rapidly growing business environment.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail skills.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Xero, and Salesforce, experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll processing, knowledge of ASIC compliance, and understanding of QLD Leave within the construction industry.
