Role Overview

This clinical position involves the provision of intake, assessment, evidence-based interventions, and case management services to individuals referred to the service with issues related to substance use in accordance with relevant NSW Health guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advocacy for the client group, counseling, and/or appropriate therapies (CBT, DBT & MI etc)
  • Offer withdrawal supervision and opioid treatment case management
  • Provide professional advice to, and liaison with, other health, community, and welfare professionals
