Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Speech Pathologist to join our skilled multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering vital services to clients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse caseload and providing timely, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Delivering essential speech pathology services across various environments
  • Interpreting assessment results to create individualized treatment goals
  • Evaluating clients' communication and swallowing abilities through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Recommending Assistive Technology solutions to enhance clients' functional independence

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a proactive and positive mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated capacity to maintain regular communication with all stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
