We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team at MediRecruit Australia Pty. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our clients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients of all ages, including those with ADHD, ASD, and cognitive impairments.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies, working closely with support workers, parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, including standardized assessments and treatment plans.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Previous experience working with clients with common presenting issues, including ADHD, anxiety, and personality disorders.
- Strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a friendly and empathetic personality.
- Current driver's license, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, and COVID-19 vaccination.
- Ability to hold or obtain a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, as well as First-Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent mentoring and supervision opportunities.
