Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our esteemed multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will focus on delivering services to clients in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload while providing timely, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver essential speech pathology services across various settings, including educational institutions and community environments.
  • Analyze assessment results to establish individualized treatment objectives for each client.
  • Evaluate clients' communication and swallowing abilities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Recommend Assistive Technology solutions to enhance clients' functional capabilities and promote independence.

Candidate Profile

  • Exhibit a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to create lasting impacts.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in practices and outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
