Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our talented multidisciplinary team in the Shepparton region. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering services to clients in the Shepparton area and its surroundings.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload and providing timely, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Delivering essential speech pathology services across various settings, including educational institutions and community environments.
- Interpreting assessment results to create individualized treatment goals for each client.
- Evaluating clients' communication and swallowing abilities through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Recommending Assistive Technology solutions to enhance clients' functional capabilities and promote independence.
Candidate Profile

- Commitment to continuous improvement in practices and outcomes.

- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
