Site Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to drive production planning and execution in our fast-paced Australian gold operation.

About the Role
  • Prepare and execute weekly and daily production plans aligned to monthly targets.
  • Develop stope and development designs, including drill and blast parameters.
  • Monitor key operational metrics (tonnes, grade, dilution, recovery) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical services, geology and operations teams to meet production KPIs.

This is a site-based role on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster. The successful candidate will have underground mining experience and a strong safety mindset.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency with mine planning software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site crews and supervisors.
