About Our Business

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company operating several food brands in Australia, including Chinese food.

We support direct-operated and franchised businesses through a centralized ecosystem for food production, supply chain logistics, training, and system support.

About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for all HR-related processes and administration enquiries across Australia, while also providing hands-on support for employees based in our office.

This role requires regular presence in the office to interact with employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance & Systems: Ensure Tanda (HRIS) and Culture Amp platforms run smoothly, supporting employees, leading annual performance reviews, and driving improvements.

- Employee Lifecycle: Manage high-volume contracts and letters, assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, administer benefits, maintain filing systems, and ensure seamless HR administration.

- HR Support: Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, maintain HR documents, lead reporting, drive learning & development programs, manage workplace health & safety, and support recruitment.

- Culture & Projects: Assist with social events, wellbeing initiatives, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, and implement ideas to shape the future of the employee experience.

Requirements

- Essential: some HR experience or study, interest in learning about HR, willingness to take on new challenges, and care for people.

- Desired: experience working in administrative roles, national or multi-national business, fast-paced environment, tech savviness, multitasking skills, problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented nature, strong communication skills, self-starting capabilities, time management expertise, passion for improvement, and team player attitude.
