About The Opportunity

We partner with a leading authority on pioneering projects providing critical marine and onshore infrastructure off Western Australia's coast. As a civil project leader, you will oversee project start-up activities, manage teams, maintain client relationships, and drive a culture of safety excellence.

About You

You will have experience in civil engineering or a related field, leadership certification, and at least 10 years' experience in similar roles within civil projects. You must demonstrate ability to lead and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and engage clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Leadership certification highly desirable
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within civil projects
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance
