Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support across all training and compliance needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Action end-to-end tasks related to employee training and compliance life cycle, including induction training, new starter check-ins, refresher course training, upkeep of qualifications, and labour hire agency employee compliance.
  • Manage training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate trainer availability.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND STAKEHOLDERS TO FACILITATE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION.
  • Send out training invitations, reminders, and updates to participants, communicate with trainers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with national and in-house training coordination.
  • Deliver and facilitate training, including first-day inductions.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and relevant data.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compliance documents, such as licenses, ABF documentation, visas, and other information.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collect training program feedback and support continuous improvement processes.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments and contribute to training program design and development.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports as requested.
