Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily support across all training and compliance needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Action end-to-end tasks related to employee training and compliance life cycle, including induction training, new starter check-ins, refresher course training, upkeep of qualifications, and labour hire agency employee compliance.
- Manage training calendars, office room bookings, arrange equipment, and coordinate trainer availability.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND STAKEHOLDERS TO FACILITATE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION.
- Send out training invitations, reminders, and updates to participants, communicate with trainers and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with national and in-house training coordination.
- Deliver and facilitate training, including first-day inductions.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and relevant data.
- Maintain accurate records of employee compliance documents, such as licenses, ABF documentation, visas, and other information.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Collect training program feedback and support continuous improvement processes.
- Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, or assessments and contribute to training program design and development.
- Prepare regular compliance reports as requested.
