We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide support to senior lawyers on various corporate law and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will maintain company registers, complete and file forms with regulators, prepare minutes and resolutions for meetings, respond to KYC requests, conduct legal research, and support other compliance matters.
