We are seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide daily support across all training needs.
  • You will be responsible for actioning tasks related to employee training and compliance, including induction training, new starter check-ins, refresher course training, and qualification upkeep.

You will have strong relationships with colleagues across the unit to deliver a seamless service to the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing training calendars, room bookings, arranging equipment, and coordinating trainer availability.
  2. Sending out invitations, reminders, and updates to participants, as well as communicating with trainers and other stakeholders.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of training attendance, completion, and relevant data.
  4. Preparing and distributing training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
