About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect Acquisition: Identify and implement prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation, including cold calling and prospect meetings.
  • Business Development: Create and implement structured plans to achieve set targets, including identifying new opportunities and creating meaningful relationships with existing businesses.
  • Acquisition Process: Successfully manage the acquisition process, from lead generation to negotiation and close, ensuring that contact targets are regularly met.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a sales/account manager or BDM position, with a focus on new business growth.
  • Skills: Proven success identifying and implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation, highly developed relationship building and engagement abilities, resilience, focus, and ability to self-motivate and prioritize workloads.
