About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Display Draftsperson to join our National Product Development team in Robina, QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality drafting documentation for our Metricon display homes from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete drafting documentation for display homes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Produce drawings using Revit and AutoCAD to support the workflow process and reflect customer requirements.
  • Respond to critical customer needs and communicate with relevant departments to address variations and site minutes.
  • Inspect construction of new displays and mark up as constructed plans at key stages.
  • Ensure all display architectural documentation is completed as per design intent and within allowed timeframes.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the workflow information system and company procedures.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Building Design, Drafting, or Construction, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the residential volume home building industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep up to date with technological changes.
  • Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia, and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
