We are excited to offer both permanent and casual positions for our new team of passionate support professionals who are eager to make a positive impact by embracing cultural diversity. As a support professional, you will have the opportunity to enjoy cultural events, perfect your Asian cuisine cooking, and utilize your Cantonese and Vietnamese language skills. You will provide support to help our clients navigate challenges and reach their potential.



About Your Role



As a support professional, you will be responsible for providing assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking, and medication management. You will also provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships with our clients. Every day will be different, but your duties may include:




  • Assistance with personal care and household duties
  • Cooking and medication management
  • Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships
  • Supporting clients with complex needs


About You



We are looking for individuals who have experience with personal care, medication management, and manual handling. You will also need to be able to prioritize workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease. Additionally, you will need to be able to work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.



What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. We also offer salary packaging, penalty rates, salary boosts, and discounts at your favourite retailers. You will also receive paid induction and training, ensuring that you have the tools needed to enhance the support we provide.

What We Are Looking For



We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting clients with complex needs. You will need to have a current Open Driver's Licence, a valid Blue Card, and a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize workloads effectively.
