We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our Logan Hub team, providing high-quality support to clients with complex needs in the Logan region.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Optimise client support through leveraging your experience and expertise in Mental Health and Disability services
  • Help clients achieve their goals by implementing planned activities and promoting independence
  • Champion client achievements and provide domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Schedule and assist with medical appointments, and report client requirements and reinforce positive behaviour
  • Ability to work with clients on days, nights, and weekend shifts

What You Need to Get Started:

  • Prior experience working as a Support Worker with complex clients and restrictive practices
  • Open Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Blue Card
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
