Our organization is seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive sustainability through procurement processes. This key member of the purchasing team will be responsible for aligning procurement activities with company values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end procurement processes in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and maintaining approved supplier records
  • Conduct supplier research and negotiations to secure cost-effective, quality supply
  • Monitor supplier performance and coordinate regular review sessions
  • Ensure all procurement activity complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Proactively identify procurement risks and escalate them as needed
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline operations
  • Generate procurement reports and respond to procurement-related inquiries
  • Provide support for strategic procurement initiatives and sourcing strategies
  • Promote and uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive safety culture
About the Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who is passionate about sustainability. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable using procurement systems. A qualification in procurement or a related field is highly regarded.
