• Identify potential procurement risks and escalate them as needed.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create procurement reports and respond to procurement-related inquiries.
• Provide support for strategic procurement initiatives and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Officer to ensure efficient procurement operations.

• Ensure quality standards are met and report any non-compliance.
