Job Title: Loader / Grader

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Loader / Grader. In this role, you will be responsible for loading bulk rice onto trucks from various grain warehouses to mills across Leeton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading bulk rice onto trucks from various grain warehouses to mills across Leeton.">
  • Operating weighbridge systems and ensuring accurate documentation.">
  • Supporting mill feed, harvest, storage, hygiene, and transfer operations.">
  • Performing hygiene cleaning and other warehouse tasks as required.">
  • Driving bobcats and assisting with general site operations.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Class C Driver's License – essential.">
  • Physically fit and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.">
  • Experience in grain handling practices and mill supply operations – highly regarded.">
  • Forklift and Backhoe licenses – advantageous.">
  • Ability to work planned shifts and follow safety, quality, and HR standards.">
