About the Role
  • Lead the design and delivery of a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF.
  • Foster strong relationships with children and families through inclusive and engaging practice.
  • Implement intentional teaching strategies and maintain detailed documentation of learning and progress.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all National Quality Standards and state regulations.
  • Inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Current VIT Registration – Mandatory for this role.
  • VIC Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training.
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS and Kindergarten program requirements.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to delivering a play-based, inquiry-led learning environment.
