About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to provide physiotherapy services to older adults with various health conditions in the North Metro Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home-based and site-based assessments and interventions for clients aged 65+;
  • Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy plans that promote client independence and autonomy;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent experience;
  • Current registration with AHPRA;
  • Experience working in Community Aged Care with Home Care Package and STRC programs;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice with 65+ year old clientele;
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently.
