We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Compensation Coordinator to join our client's team in the food industry.

This established Australian-owned company operates across various sectors, including wholesale and retail, and is looking for a permanent Payroll Officer to join their team.

As part of this close-knit team, you will work onsite Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing full-cycle payroll and timesheeting in a high-volume environment
  • Assisting with payroll onboarding and offboarding duties
  • Managing employee data in relevant payroll systems
  • Providing support to staff regarding pay, leave, and other matters

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP and T&A systems - Micropay and Kronos required
  • Experience with high-volume payroll processing (1000+ employees)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time in an office setting
