Your Role

As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a key part in our team, supporting our HR administration and helping to ensure our employees have the best possible experience.

You'll be involved in a range of tasks, including:

  1. Managing Recruitment Processes
  2. Coordinating Inductions and Onboarding
  3. Producing Employee-Related Documents
  4. Supporting Performance Management
  5. Completing Generalist Administrative Tasks

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in Human Resources, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  1. Proven Experience in People & Culture
  2. Strong Knowledge of People & Culture Principles
  3. Technical Skills in RMS and LMS Systems
  4. Intermediate Level Microsoft Office Skills
  5. Superior Communication Skills
  6. Exceptional Problem-Solving Abilities
