Fitness Customer Service Representative

Genesis Fitness has a fantastic career opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in Port Macquarie.
Our Member Services team provides essential services to members, casual users, and potential new customers, adhering to established operational routines and procedures.
A key aspect of this role is prospecting, touring, closing, and securing referrals for future sales, while actively seeking new business for the club and representing the facility in a positive and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will be able to acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service that aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Requirements include:
- Passion for fitness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to apply sound cash handling principles and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Prior experience in a similar position, preferably in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment
