We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SES calendar, inbox, and urgent information, as well as providing cross-cover with other Executive Assistant roles.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience arranging and providing high-level support for meetings and functions, as well as proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to a senior executive.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality executive administrative support
- Provide cross-cover with other executive assistant roles
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, applicants must:
- Be an Australian citizen or going to be granted Australian Citizenship before commencement
- Undertake a pre-employment security assessment and subsequent security clearance
- Be medically fit to undertake the duties of the job
