As a Customer Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of customer service representatives. You will effectively communicate with diverse audiences, demonstrate exceptional time management and multitasking skills, and hold yourself accountable for your performance as well as that of your team.

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of call center supervisory experience, proven success in building, leading, and motivating a team, strong analytical and behavioral problem-solving skills, and an understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology.
