Senior Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical practices and restrictive practices. The successful candidate will oversee the management of clinical documentation, Medication Administration Records, and Community Nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on clinical practices and restrictive practices
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports as required
- Assist with policy development and review
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Review incident reports and assist in investigations
Requirements:
- Current Nursing Registration
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Registered Nurse
- Knowledge of NDIS or ability to quickly learn
- Preferred experience in restrictive practices and community nursing
- Strong understanding of regulatory framework and legislation
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
