Senior Clinical Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Leader to provide leadership and expertise in the implementation of organisational change. This newly created position will play a key role in ensuring that all residential aged care facilities have the most advantageous case mix.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage clinical teams to achieve organisational objectives.
  • To provide expert advice on clinical matters and ensure best practice outcomes.
  • To develop and implement clinical strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with experience in coordinating consumer centred care and managing complex clinical services. They will also have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and balance case-mix, resource planning and funding.

Requirements:
  • Clinical leadership qualifications and experience.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
  • Prior experience in delivering telehealth-enabled services.
  • Experience in assessment, care planning and evaluation of complex clinical services and case mix classification.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing conflicting deadlines and priorities.
