Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our aged care facility.

  • Deliver and oversee individualised clinical care tailored to resident needs.
  • Complete assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention.
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead and support Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.

About You:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
  • Degree/postgraduate qualification in Nursing is required.
  • Clinical experience & Knowledge of clinical care standards, ideally within aged care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growth
  • Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
