Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and creative leader to head our team of stylists on a 12-month contract. This is a unique opportunity to inspire, care and grow your team while working across ecommerce studio and creative photoshoots.

As the leader of this team, you will brief stylists on shoot requirements, provide feedback on executions that align with our brand's DNA, and motivate them to deliver results that meet our expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of creatives to achieve results that meet our brand's needs and expectations
  • Inspiring and motivating team members to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Briefing team members on project requirements and providing feedback to ensure alignment with our brand's vision

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in styling and experience working with models in an ecommerce studio or campaign photoshoots
  • Previous experience managing a team of creatives and inspiring their growth and development
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio environment
  • Proven experience using styling techniques and trends to capture and engage an audience
