Lead Stylist

Cotton On Womens is seeking a talented Lead Stylist to join our team. As a key member of our Ecommerce Studio, you will be responsible for creating on-trend looks for customer inspiration on our website and across our world-class campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling through styling and motivated by growing and inspiring people. You will inspire, care and grow your team by briefing them on shoot requirements and provide feedback on executions that align with our brand DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and guide stylists on shoot requirements
  • Provide feedback on executions that align with our brand DNA
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of fashion trends and styling techniques
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality visual content
  • Mentor and develop junior stylists to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in styling and experience working with models in an ecommerce studio and/or on campaign photoshoots
  • Inspiring and creative leader with previous experience managing a team of creatives
  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver on results that align with our brand needs and expectations
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve in a high-volume workflow studio environment
  • Proven experience in using styling techniques and trends to capture and engage an audience
  • A keen eye for styling trends and high attention to detail
