Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule tasks and projects in collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
- Work closely with our internal web team to project manage all web tasks and projects, as well as planning and managing all web workflow with our developers.
- Effective stakeholder management is crucial as you will be a conduit between departments, liaising directly with clients on some projects.
- Support the Senior Account Director and wider Client Service team with projects across our diverse client base.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in a creative agency/marketing role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills are essential.
- A basic understanding of creative and production at the project management level is required.
- Proficient use of project management software is necessary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are critical.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is vital.
