Job Title: Golf & Pro Shop Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Golf & Pro Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for promoting the golf course, managing Pro Shop operations, and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pro Shop operations, including answering inquiries, processing bookings, and assisting with retail sales.
  • Maintain online booking systems and ensure accurate customer data management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and corporate clients.
  • Order, stock, and present refreshments, golf merchandise, and equipment.
  • Organize and promote corporate golf days, trade events, and tournaments.
  • Maintain relationships with playing rights holders and encourage course utilization.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop special offers to attract new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or golf industry operations.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of golf and experience in a golf-related role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
