Senior Test Manager Opportunity in Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to support our Government client in achieving overall testing strategies. This includes managing effective planning, monitoring and execution of all testing activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality testing outcomes on time and manage the quality of testing processes
  • Plan, develop and manage test cases for different types of testing at various stages
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure appropriate methodology and testing tools are used
  • Review complex test cases from team members to ensure quality
  • Contribute to the approach for scripting, test data requirements gathering and test data gathering
  • Define and document requirements for test environments
  • Develop and manage team improvement initiatives and projects
  • Analyse trends of defects, programming errors and inconsistent operational characteristics
  • Conduct complex testing to ensure the ICT service functions as per requirements
  • Estimate test effort and manage resources to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance and setting priorities
Requirements:
  • Baseline AGSVA security clearance
  • Similar experience within a large and complex Government Organisation
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP ERP, CRM, Pega, Microfocus ALM, Jira, ECC6 SAP Success Factors, SAP Business Technology Platform and Expense 8
  • Ability to think strategically and align operational activity accordingly
  • Ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
