Transformative Process Improvement Specialist

As a Strategic Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by designing and implementing process-centric solutions on the Appian platform.

This role combines technology with strategic problem solving as a consultant. You'll build web-based applications to support our customers' business strategies by leveraging your experience in process improvement disciplines such as business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration.
- Leverage your expertise in process improvement to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric solutions based on Appian software.
- Analyse a client's business strategy and processes to develop technical solutions that support their objectives.
- Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyse requirements.
- Implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and rollout plans.
- Strong academic performance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Foundational love for technology.
- Preferred experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud technologies.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent.
