We're seeking skilled professionals to fill a crucial role in our Adelaide office as an Insurance Solutions Specialist. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000+ 11.5% super and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service by addressing inbound calls regarding multiple insurance products
  • To inform customers about the available products and identify the suitable policy that meets their needs
  • To deliver a seamless customer experience on various insurance products, ensuring value for our customers
  • To achieve customer sales and service targets set for all customer segments

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, either face-to-face or over the phone
  • Ability to connect with customers and lead great conversations to provide the right solutions
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Good computer literacy and navigation skills with experience working with multiple systems
  • Prior experience in sales or knowledge of the sales process is desirable

Training and Development:

  • A 7-week full-time training program will be provided to ensure your success
  • The training will cover Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm at our Adelaide office

Work Requirements:

  • You will require a home phone line or VOIP connection, internet connection, and a suitable work setup
  • A company-issued laptop will be provided, which can be used at home or in the office
