About the Role:

As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter while marketing products and services. You will review customer car rental needs by actively listening, communicate rental procedures effectively, and complete bookings in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing customer car rental needs through active listening
  • Reviewing and recommending various add-ons and services to suit customer needs
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries

What We're Looking For:

We seek individuals with a valid driver's license, who can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles is beneficial. Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards is essential.
