">About the Role">- As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter and marketing our products and services.
- You will also be responsible for completing rental bookings, responding to customer inquiries, and establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening.
- Additionally, you will review our various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer, communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively, and answer customer questions and inquiries.
- Applicants must have a full and valid driver's license.
- This is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards is crucial.
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information is necessary.
