Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Car Rental Sales Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless car rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Reviewing our various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A minimum availability of 3-4 days per week
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles
  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to our guidelines and standards
  • A comfort level with learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
