About the Role

We are currently seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Sales Agent. In this role, you will be the face of our brand and interact with customers at the rental counter, marketing products and services, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening and reviewing their requirements in detail.
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • A full and valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • A minimum availability of 3-4 days per week is necessary for this casual position.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles is highly desirable.
